Summary
The Competition Authority examined the acquisition of the American investment fund Colony Capital, today Digital Bridge Group, of certain tower sites for the mobile networks of operators Sýn and Nova. Following the investigation, the Authority concluded that there were no grounds to intervene in the merger based on the merger rules of the Competition Act.
