Power has been restored to all buildings on the Stanford Campus.
A power outage is affecting a number of buildings on the Stanford campus. Residential and research areas are not currently affected. Green and Lathrop libraries are both affected and will be closed until further notice. Most Athletics facilities are also without power, as are several buildings including and in the area of Littlefield Center, Bing Concert Hall, and the Arrillaga Alumni Center.
The outage is due to the failure of a campus transformer and crews are working to resolve the issue. Restoration efforts will be continuing overnight. An update will be provided by early morning.
If you have an emergency need, please dial 9-1-1 rather than calling the Department of Public Safety’s campus number.
