定数は、通常の実行中にプログラムによって変更できない値です。これは、再代入で変更できず、再宣言もできません。 JavaScript では、定数は const キーワードで宣言します。定数の初期化子が必要です。つまり、宣言と同じ文で値を指定する必要があります (後で変更できないため、これには意味があります)。
