Widely available
This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since April 2021.
The createOscillator() method of the BaseAudioContext
interface creates an OscillatorNode, a source representing a periodic
waveform. It basically generates a constant tone.
Note:
The OscillatorNode()
constructor is the recommended way to create a OscillatorNode; see
Creating an AudioNode.

An OscillatorNode.

The following example shows basic usage of an AudioContext to create an oscillator
