Leave demo online

Demo online tutorial

• Go to the demo application ​leave/vacation
• you can read the home page, if you don't know well the zope ​openflow product and its demo leave
• login (login: primus, passwd: p)
• click on Request leave/vacation
• fill the leave request form then click on button Envoyer
• go back to home page by clicking on To frontpage
• log out, then login as notarius, the secretary of primus (login: notarius, passwd: n)
• Select See your worklist, then click on activate
• check the request, then click OK: Forward to supervisor
• go back to home by clicking on To frontpage
• Select Worklist of "prefectus", then click on Peek; check that supervisor prefectus has a task to do; click on this task to go to the history
• log out, then login as prefectus, which has the supervisor role (login: prefectus, passwd: p)
• select See your worklist, then click on activate
• check the request, then click on OK: Forward to secretary
• go back to home page, log out, then login as notarius
• select See your worklist, then click on activate
• as indicated, you have to calculate the right number of days and update the requester account with admin
• log out, then login as primus (login: primus passwd: p)
• select See your worklist, then click on activate
• you can see now the result of your request.

Workflow definition

• log out, then login as prefectus (login: prefectus, passwd: p)
• go to admin, and you can watch workflow instances
