Mallory Knodel is the Center for Democracy & Technology’s Chief Technology Officer. She is a member of the Internet Architecture Board and the co-chair of the Human Rights Protocol Considerations research group of the Internet Research Task Force. Mallory is also on the advisory committee for the Open Technology Fund. Mallory takes a human rights, people-centred approach to technology implementation, with a focus on encryption, censorship, and cybersecurity.
