At BBB National Programs, we help consumers and manufacturers settle vehicle warranty, lemon law, and class action disputes without the need for an attorney.

This dispute resolution program is free of charge to the vehicle owners or lessees of participating manufacturers. Some manufacturers participate nationally, and others only in specific states.
