The Nexwave methodology is unique. With the support ofLean Scaleupinnovation experts,we have developed our own stage-gate process to incubate and accelerate businesses in a fast and bold way.
Our customized methodology addresses the challenges of incubating new businesses,providing our intrapreneurs and business developers with the tools to test, learn, pivot, and validate or invalidate business ideas. It also gives a concise outline of where each incubated business is and should be at any stage of its journey.
With this methodology, our teams can focus on incubating only those solutions that have the potential to accelerate and scale up.
