Forum Arts had an exhibition at our space – check out what you can do at Rebel Dog & come to our meeting on Tuesday 24th!

We’ve decided that in order to make the best of our space & get more people involved we should start to have more regular meetings at Rebel Dog.

So our first one will be on Tuesday 24th May 2011 @ 7pm. 

It will a chance for anyone to come along, have a chat, find out more about the space, get involved with existing projects & suggest new ways that the space can be used. I, myself, will be providing the muffins.

We have a few ongoing & new projects that we would like more people to get involved and contribute to:

•  Zine Library
• Outsider Art exhibition
• Gardening & Exterior design skillshare
• Dography
• Rebel Dog Cafe

Here at Rebel Dog – we are a fan of getting on and doing things ourselves – so it follows that we would love a good zine.

So, we decided it’d be cool to collate some of the interesting, creative, political, queer, feminist, music, film related zines out there. We want to create a zine library, where people can come a read (or buy if necessary) some of the brillant zines that are made in the universe. Hopefully eventually we can create a little zine cafe where people can come together to read the zines, discuss them & make them.

So I need your help because I havent got my finger that much on the pulse. Let me know of teh cool zines that you read so I can get in touch & stock them.

As a form of sort of Protest pre-gaming we are hosting a Banner making event this Friday.

Ahead of Saturday’s BIG demo, we will be getting together to make banners, discuss the array of different actions & activties happening on Saturday and skillshare or skillup!

Come down to Rebel Dog on Friday from 3p m if you want to get involved.

This is a little taster of last Sunday.
Warren, Kacey and Trix were unbelievable and the pictures are turning out brilliant. This was just a little experiment with one of the less good pictures, but i think it looks pretty rebel yeah!!
