Unicode Newline Guidelines has been incorporated into the
Core Specification of the Unicode Standard, starting with
Version 4.0 ,
and that UAX is thus superseded. The text was incorporated into Unicode 4.0.0
in the following section:
5.8 Newline Guidelines latest version of the Unicode Standard.
