This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since 2016年9月.
TypedArray.of() メソッドは、引数の変数番号から新しい型付き配列を生成します。このメソッドは Array.of() とほぼ同じです。

詳細については、 Array.of() をご覧ください。 Array.of() と TypedArray.of() との間にはいくつか微妙な違いがあります。
TypedArray.of()に渡されたthisの値がコンストラクターではなかった場合、TypedArray.of()ではTypeErrorが発生します。一方、Array.of()は既定で新しいArrayを生成します。TypedArray.of()は[[Set]]を使用するのに対し、Array.of()は[[DefineProperty]]を使用します。従ってProxyオブジェクトを使っている場合は、新しい要素を追加するときにhandler.set()がhandler.defineProperty()の代わりに呼び出されます。
