The first place to check when things don't seem to be working properly is the OmniSharp-roslyn log. This can quickly be opened with :OmniSharpOpenLog, or to open it in a split or new tab use :OmniSharpOpenLog vsplit or :OmniSharpOpenLog tabedit. Here you will see the server messages, and if anything is not being loaded properly there will hopefully be good info about why.
